Junior Architect

RWE Planning + Design is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (03 years of experience) who is passionate about architecture and interested in developing toward professional licensure through hands-on project experience and mentorship. This role offers exposure to a wide range of project types including healthcare, tenant fit-outs, remodels, additions, and ground-up construction. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a fast-paced design environment.
