Junior Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in space planning and design presentation/concept decks
• Good understanding of construction drawings and details
• Proficient in CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Enscape
• Capable of multitasking and working with minimal supervision
• Handling and organizing correspondence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Managing the coordination of technical issues with external project teams (GenCon and sub-contractors, allied consultants, and suppliers)
• Managing the coordination of design issues with village administrators, village architects/PMs, and allied consultants
• Willingness to work in Eastwood City, Quezon City
• Experience with high-end residential projects is a plus
