Junior Architect

Job description:

The Junior Architect uses software to convert the designs into technical drawings and plans. The employee gains an understanding of the scope and requirements of a project. Using both manual drawings and computer-based applications, such as computer-assisted drafting, the employee creates two-and three-dimensional renderings of the finished project

Job Description:

• Preparing As-Built drawings of Prospect showrooms and producing Initial layout using 2d and 3d softwares.
• Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects from idea/concept to execution
• Estimates and prepares cost analysis of construction projects
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Manage budget for the project, including filing, requesting and liquidating of the needed budget
