Junior Architect

• Helping to prepare designs, complete construction documents
• Write up building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials
• Communicating with clients, contractors and other architects to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Compile data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
• Use AutoCAD, sketch up, rendering apps such as Lumion, Enscape and D5 and can solve complex architectural problems in design
• Can able to meet the deadlines and can do task with minor supervision
