Junior Art Director (Toronto)

We’re on the lookout for someone with drive, passion and energy to create something great. A person who takes extreme pride in their work and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In this role, you will be working directly with a copywriter and a cross‑functional agency team to deliver multi‑channel programs of different sizes.

We expect you to be a strong conceptual thinker with a passion for creative ideas, popular culture, emerging technologies, language and design trends. You should have a collaborative team spirit and the ability to take direction and solve problems. A solid design sensibility, attention to detail and the ability to work in an integrated agency environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate strong concepts and champion ideas with enthusiasm.
• Partner with the copywriter to develop creative concepts that meet the project’s overall objectives.
