Junior Asset Speciliast

Overview:

Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.

Responsibilities:

+ Support the **fixed asset activation process** by validating asset details, confirming physical receipt, and ensuring accurate and timely activation of assets in the ERP system in line with internal controls and SOX requirements.
+ Process and validate **remote inventory cycle count results** , including implants, instruments, and kits, and ensure approved adjustments are accurately posted in the ERP system in accordance with standard operating procedures.
+ Assist with the **transfer of instrument and implant kits** related to system or project work, ensuring correct documentation, system transactions, and asset traceability throughout the transfer process.
