Junior Associate/ Associate

Job Description:

1. Expertise in HVAC, troubleshooting knowledge in equipment maintenance like (AHU, Dehumidifier, Cold Room, Laminar Air Flow Unit, Deep freezer, Dynamic Pass box, Centrifugal Pump Maintenance, Blower/Fan maintenance, Handling of filter, Inline Fan Maintenance, Air Curtain, etc,)
2. Expertise in troubleshooting knowledge of Room Pressure balancing, Room Temperature/RH setting, DP balancing etc,
3. Expertise in handling of Building management system
4. Preventive maintenance procedure knowledge in AHU, Cold/Deep Freezer, LAF, DPB, Air Curtain etc.
5. Knowledge in Good documentation practice, Preventive maintenance, Break down maintenance etc.
6. Good communication skill
7. Knowledge in SAP to handle the Break downs, & Gate Pass Preparation etc.
8. Experience in Area Qualification activities like, Air flow measurement, ACPH calculation, HEPA filter integrity test, NVPC, Differential pressure measurement, Temperature/R...
