Job Overview
One of our clients is looking for a motivated and proactive individual for the position of Junior Associate Import/Export Documentation Officer. The selected individual will prepare necessary documents and coordinate with different stakeholders. The person will also be contributing to maturing our client's import and export policies, processes and procedures. Training and development will be provided covering job duties and responsibilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Issue proforma invoices based on order details.
Ensure that letter of credit (LC) terms align with issued proforma Invoices.
Coordinate with the Production Department on shipment readiness.
