Inherent Requirements: LLB Degree (completed) General practitioner with strong commercial and litigation background. 3 years post articles experience Required experience: Drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements. Strong knowledge and experience in commercial litigation. Familiar with the LRA and BCEA. Labour law experience advantageous. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Computer literate (MS Office) advanced Own reliable transport. Willing to work after hours as per demand of business Duties and responsibilities: Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, reports, letters, briefs to advocates, memoranda to clients, and other legal correspondence. Legal Research: Conduct research on legislation, policy, and case law to support legal arguments and strategies.
