Junior Associate Lawyer

Job Description:

• Teruel Law, a full service firm, is looking for associate lawyers which will handle civil, criminal, and administrative cases pending before the courts and other government agencies;
• Associate lawyers will also handle client consultations and will give legal advice or recommendations on behalf of the Firm.
• Draft and sign pleadings on behalf of the Firm: including complaints, petitions, pre-trial briefs, judicial affidavits, trial memorandums and various motions which will be filed in trial and appellate courts, and also other government agencies;
• Represent the Firm's clients at (court and various) hearings and meetings.
• Associate lawyers will also handle online legislative work and pro bono cases under the Office of the City Councilor Hon. Gerard Teruel of Calamba City, Laguna.
