• Manage end-to-end transport operations for FHS-related activities, supporting a global customer base in a 24/7/365 operational environment, with strong focus on AOG and urgent shipments.
• Coordinate with transport service providers, challenging them to deliver the fastest, most reliable, and cost-effective transport solutions in line with operational deadlines and service commitments.
• Ensure close monitoring of AOG transportations, including early identification of issues, timely resolution, decision-making based on urgency and cost impact, and escalation when required.
• Provide near real-time shipment tracking and status updates to all stakeholders, ensuring high levels of accuracy and responsiveness.
