Junior Associate, Transport tracker- Logistics

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end transport operations for FHS-related activities, supporting a global customer base in a 24/7/365 operational environment, with strong focus on AOG and urgent shipments.
Coordinate with transport service providers, challenging them to deliver the fastest, most reliable, and cost-effective transport solutions in line with operational deadlines and service commitments.
Ensure close monitoring of AOG transportations, including early identification of issues, timely resolution, decision-making based on urgency and cost impact, and escalation when required.
Provide near real-time shipment tracking and status updates to all stakeholders, ensuring high levels of accuracy and responsiveness.
Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve transport issues to minimise delays and prevent supply chain disruption.
Manage transport quotations, evaluate alternative logistics solutions, and optimise transport costs without compromising service quality.<...
