We are looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Automation & AI Analyst (AI Lab Analyst) to support the development and execution of automation and AI-driven initiatives within our Professional Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who is eager to learn how modern technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and workflow automation tools are used to optimize implementation processes in the mortgage technology space.
In this role, you will assist with building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows, contribute to prompt development and data mapping tasks, and help translate business requirements into technical tasks.
