Junior Automation Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Automation Specialist to support the design and implementation of automated workflows. This on-site role in Medellín, Colombia is ideal for someone who enjoys logic, problem-solving, and building automations through academic or personal projects.
You do not need to be a professional expert — we value hands-on experience, a learning mindset, and ownership over workflows.
Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
Support internal process automation initiatives
Document workflows and automation logic
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
Participate in logic and problem-solving exercises during the interview process
Requirements
Basic knowledge of n8n
Experience handling automated workflows (Zapier, n8n, or similar)
