Job description -
We are seeking a Junior AWS & Hadoop Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure and big data initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge of AWS services and Hadoop ecosystems who are eager to grow into advanced cloud and data engineering responsibilities. You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain, optimize, and scale our data platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities -
Assist in deploying and managing AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).
Monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch and logging tools.
Support backup, recovery, and security best practices.
Help maintain IAM roles, policies, and access controls.
Assist in cost monitoring and optimization.
Document AWS configurations and processes for operational transparency.
Support Hadoop cluster operations (HDFS, Hive, Spark).
