Position 1 : Bakery Chef x 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies.
• Assist direct supervisor according to instructions given.
• Management and control of supplies and inventory stock levels. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
• Ensure that quality of all products are maintained at all times during the production.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
• Knowledge in cream puff / butter cake /Sponge cake/whipped cream

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Bakery / Pastry.
• Passion for baking Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and utilization of bakery equipment.
• Ensuring excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication & organization skills.
