JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior bakers in preparing ingredients and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and baking instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality.
• Support inventory management and stock rotation.
• Ensure all baked items meet quality standards and presentation requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Certificate in culinary/baking or pastry.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in bakery section.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Passion for baking and learning new skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
