Junior Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos), and tea according to recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and make menu recommendations.
• Operating Equipment: Use espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper functioning.
• Maintenance: Clean equipment, sanitize work areas, and keep the cafe tidy.
• Inventory: Restock supplies (cups, lids, beans, milk) and track stock levels.

Requirements

• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Matriculation or higher is preferred.
• Experience: Experience of at least one year.
