Junior BO Officer

Job Overview:
The Junior BackOffice Officer role is to execute and implement all policies and procedures related to the account services in a way where the day-to-day operational functions of the company with relation to client trading accounts and reporting are maintained.


Responsibilities:
•Understand and follow the Company’s internal policies and procedures in the execution of day-to-day responsibilities.
• Ensure all tasks are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• AML, KYC, and Client documentation check both manually and against tools provided by the Company.
• Monitor movements in clients’ trading accounts and PSPs to identify patterns or errors that require further investigation and attention.
• Communication with service providers and partners when required, in matters relating to the Back-Office department.
