Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Receivable
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely
collection.
• Record customer receipts and reconcile accounts.
· Schedule, prepare and send Customer Statements timeously.
• Accounts Payable
• Process supplier invoices for raw spices, packaging, and services.
• Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Schedule and prepare payments to suppliers in line with company policies.

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
