A detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Bookkeeper is needed to maintain accurate financial records, including cash books, journals, debtors/creditors, job cards, invoicing, and procurement. This entry-level role offers skill development and the chance to contribute to smooth financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Accounting Qualification
• 2–3 years experience in a similar role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full books to trial balance, including cash and bank reconciliations
• Process accounts, resolve issues, and handle job card invoicing
• Perform reconciliations, process payments, and prepare tax returns using Pastel Xpress
• Conduct audits and stock takes at KZN branches (regular travel required)
• Process journals, maintain asset registers, and perform GL reconciliations
• Review creditor payments
