As a Junior Business Controller, you will be reporting to the Head of Group Controlling and are based at the headquarters in Zurich. This role is an addition to the existing team and will mainly support Group Sales, Marketing and Product Management with commercial analyses. The role focuses on combining external market information with internal data to develop clear analyses that support pricing decisions, commercial steering and growth initiatives across countries and product groups.


Market & Business Analysis:

Combine external market data (market size, price levels, competitive benchmarks) with internal data

Quantify addressable market, penetration gaps and upside potential by country and product group

Support the definition of pricing ranges and positioning based on market and internal performance insights
