  in business development or writing proposals (Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms).
• Technical Literacy:
  A strong interest in or understanding of software services, AI, and automation technologies.
• Writing Excellence:
  Ability to craft personalized, high-converting proposals that stand out from the crowd.
• Communication:
  Exceptional English skills (written and verbal) for client interaction and negotiation.
• Education:
  Degree in CS, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
