Basic salary range:SGD 3,000 - 4,500. In addition, this role will be eligible for commission.

The Role

TIA Studios is seeking a results-drivenJunior Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, this role focuses on new business acquisition and territorial expansion, requiring a proactive sales professional to identify, hunt, engage, and convert high-potential leads into sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Market penetration: Develop and execute strategic entry plans for new territories within SEA, establishing TIA Studios’ presence through disciplined market analysis and direct outreach.
• Outbound and Cold-call: Lead the full sales lifecycle with a focus onNew client acquisition , utilizing cold calling, leads research, professional networking, and social selling to build a pipeline from the ground up.
