Junior Business Process Data Analyst

Business Process Data Analyst is responsible for working alongside a team to process all products, and aspects of each order, as well as ensuring compliance with any procedures or order regulations. They will work with upper management to present any findings or recommendations on making the fulfillment process more innovative or efficient.



**General Responsibilities**


+ Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems


+ Connect to customer portals and systems


+ Support forecasting, billing and collection activities


+ Act as a liaison with customers to gather customer inquiries


+ Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers
