Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality of ice cream before cake making, and quality of end product (ice cream cake) as requested by outlet and other customized orders.
• Managing cake decorating stations to include preparing icing's and following all sanitation procedures.
• Prepare ordered quantity of ice cream cake by outlet and other customized orders.
• Ensure all end products (ice cream cake) match to standard quality before delivery.
• Ensure all products follow the same design and recipes.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstation at all times not limiting to decorating area, machinery and equipment and cold room walk in.
• Responsible for inventing new design.
• Stocking and maintenance of product and product arrangements in the plant according to quality and product standards, as well arrange them accordingly.
• Assist in others workstation if needed.
• Ensure FIFO for cake ingredients...
