A well-established fine dining restaurant in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a Junior Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade. This opportunity is ideal for a strong Commis Chef or Junior CDP looking to further develop their skills within a professional fine dining environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a designated kitchen section
• Prepare ingredients and menu items to required standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
• Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs
• Assist with stock rotation and stock control
• Support service during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Junior Chef de Partie
• Fine dining experience advantageous
