 Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet company standards, maintaining portion and quality control.
 Handle complaints professionally, follow procedures, and ensure incidents are reported in line with regulations.
 Maintain up-to-date product/menu knowledge, assist in menu planning, and control food stocks within budget.
