Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Develop and maintain a great relationship with his/her clients
• Manage and resolve all service related queries from clients via email and telephone
• Conduct regular budget review and adjust payment plan
• Assist the client to complete the debt counselling process
• Maintain/improve retention ratio, PDA ratio and aftercare fee ratio
