Junior Commercial Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs

Our client is located in the heart of South Sydney and headed up by a Director with over 30 years’ experience. With an outstanding reputation and degree of success across all facets of Real Estate, this is a tight knit team that operate out of open planned, sleek offices with a great team culture. We are currently seeking a Junior Commercial Property Manager to work alongside a well respected individual and be the driving force behind a successful team.

The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a role that will see you utilize your administration, organizational and attention to detail skills daily. You will be responsible for:

Supporting the Commercial Property Managers

Property Inspections

Lease negotiations

Collecting Rents & arrears management 

Property Maintenance 

Client care & management

Ad hoc administration

The Candidate:

A current Certificate of Registration Needed
