About The Role
This role drives an optimal customer experience and strong platform outcomes for brand engagement. Working closely with customers, you will help them achieve their business goals by educating them on best-practice usage of the platform/app and the latest features.
Acting as the voice of the customer, you will liaise with internal stakeholders—including Customer Success, Sales,
Growth teams—to ensure timely communication of customer behaviors, insights, and feedback, supporting
