Junior Compliance Manager

Job Purpose
The Junior Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring timely completion of all regulatory permits and compliance requirements covering construction, environmental, occupational safety, business, and operational approvals for all company outlets and facilities. The role ensures that all applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions are properly prepared, filed, tracked, and documented in accordance with local government mandates and industry standards.
This position provides oversight of the Compliance Team and collaborates closely with multiple internal departments (Design & Construction, Expansion, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) as well as external stakeholders (LGUs, regulatory agencies, consultants, and third-party service providers).
