DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Hogan Lovells New Business Conflicts Department is charged with investigating legal conflicts of interest and firm business issues. If conflicts of interest or business issues are identified, the department is charged with rectifying those issues prior to the matter being approved by a partner on the Ethics Committee and a firm matter number being opened.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for assisting the Conflicts Supervisor, and other members of the New Business Conflicts & Compliance Department (US & INTL LLP) and other stakeholders Firm Administration with corporate and conflicts database research; and the review of conflicts of interest issues related to potential new business, new lateral candidates, support staff and various special interest initiatives in the firm, such as identification of san...
