Junior Conveyancing Solicitor/ Conveyancer
London – Salary negotiable based on experience
 My client is a reputable and dynamic law firm in South West London, currently on the lookout for a junior conveyancer/ conveyancing solicitor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior conveyancers with the preparation and review of property documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals.
Conduct property searches and handle land registry procedures.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
Keep clients informed of progress and timelines throughout the conveyancing process.
Assist with the completion of property transactions, including post-completion work.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and uphold the firm's standards.
