  About The Role 
  About this opportunity  
 The successful candidate will support all aspects of cost management activity across Gleeds´ business in Ukraine, reporting to Senior Cost Managers or Project Managers and General Director.
  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
 Assisting Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager in all related tasks:
 Measurement and estimating quantities generally.
 Preparation of budgets for construction projects at different stages of design and construction.
 Assisting in the preparation and management associated with conducting tenders aimed at selecting consultants, contractors, suppliers of materials and equipment.
 Analysis of construction contracts.
 Support in conducting negotiations regarding financial and contractual conditions with bidders. Preparation of recommendations for the client.
