Junior CRO Manager eCommerce (Remote/Bogotá)

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and create wireframes for landing pages
  
• Coordinate with designers and developers, review deliverables, and ensure quality
  
• Publish pages on the server, set up Google Analytics, Meta Tracking, and Mouse Tracking (Clarity)
  
• Set up and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  
• Continuously analyze and improve landing page and ad performance
  
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests (including hypothesis development and reporting)
  
• Prepare internal reports and analyzes
  
• Work closely with the founder – no direct client contact
