Junior CSM

Key Responsibilities

• Metric-Based Prospecting: Support Senior CSMs by identifying and screening websites that meet specific client requirements (Niche, DR/DA, Traffic, and Geographic location).
• Tool Mastery: Perform deep-dive site audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Majestic to verify:
• Organic traffic trends (identifying penalized or poldered sites).
• Backlink profile health (Trust Flow vs. Citation Flow).
• Domain Authority (DA) and Domain Rating (DR) consistency.
• Publisher Outreach: Initiate and maintain professional relationships with blog owners, editors, and webmasters to secure guest post placements.
• Placement Quality Control: Review and approve live placements to ensure they are Do-Follow, indexed, and that the content/anchor text matches the client's approved brief.
• Database Management: Keep the internal publisher database updated with current pricing, turnaround times, and contact points.
