Position: Junior Customer Support (E-Hailing Deliveries – Singapore / Malaysia)

Location: Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Status: Immediate starter / 1 month notice

Job Scope

• Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and delivery issues.
• Provide accurate information and professional support to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and meet service quality standards.

Requirement

• Must not have any Grab rider / GrabFood / GrabCar account.
• Minimum SPM qualification (Compulsory pass Sejarah).
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service or service industry is an added advantage.
• Full training will be provided.
• Willing to work in Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
