Position Overview
ISS STOXX is hiring We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Global Meeting Services (GMS) team. Global Meeting Services (GMS) provides data support and services across markets worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia‑Pacific region.
The team continuously monitors and gathers relevant information on upcoming corporate action events—specifically shareholders' meetings—where matters such as acquisitions, mergers, and the election of directors and auditors may be discussed. Meeting results are also collected. All gathered information is accurately entered into the database, which is then used to generate reports for clients. This data further supports other teams in conducting additional research for the ultimate issuance of ISS Vote Recommendations.
