Junior Database Administrator

This is a remote position. SUMMARY The Junior Database Administrator (DBA) supports the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of mission-critical database environments in a high-availability financial services setting. This role operates within a 24/7 staff augmentation model and works closely with internal database leadership, senior DBAs, application teams, and infrastructure teams. The Junior DBA is responsible for operational support across Production, UAT, and Development environments, ensuring database stability, performance, and compliance with established change management and incident response procedures.
