Junior Dealer

GRS are working with a well-established financial services firm who is seeking to hire a Junior Dealer to join its dealing desk in Nicosia. The role involves executing FX transactions, managing market exposure and supporting trading decisions in a fast-paced environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES

Execute spot, forward, and swap FX transactions

Monitor FX markets and identify risks and opportunities

Quote prices to clients and provide market insights

Manage trading positions within approved risk limits

Liaise with liquidity providers and counterparties

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar

1–3 years’ experience in FX trading

Strong knowledge of FX instruments and trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5, Bloomberg, Reuters)

Strong analytical and numerical skills
