Junior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Meets with Operations, Business Development Dept., IT, Construction, Project Management, and Lessor
• Creates schematic drawings, CAD Drawings, perspectives and details
• Conducts site visit during construction
• Conducts design audit after construction, before store opening
• Designs special projects (detailing specification)
• Conducts ocular inspection for existing stores
• Redesigns store perspective aligned to the latest store design standard
• Submits perspective to Managing Director for approval
• Forwards approved perspective and plan to Construction
• Summarizes project monitoring

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect
• At least 1 year of working experience in design and construction
• Knowledgeable in CAD and SketchUp
• Has a strong background in project management and estimates
• Can do freehand drawing
