Junior Electrical Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-driven Junior Electrical Quantity Surveyor to support our senior managers. This role is suited to someone who is technically competent, numerically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

You must be able to read electrical drawings, understand site conditions, and work with measurable financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from electrical drawings and specifications
• Assist with compiling tenders, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
• Obtain and negotiate supplier pricing
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget control
• Evaluate claims and negotiate rates where required
• Attend site visits to verify measurements, progress, and variation orders
• Compile cost reports, financial summaries, and supporting documentation
