Junior Engineer in the Civil / Geological Areas (North Bay)

Position Summary

We are hiring for the position of Junior Engineer (Civil / Geological) at our North Bay, Canada office.

Responsibilities

• Site investigations
• Laboratory testing
• Data analysis
• Geotechnical analysis and design
• Construction monitoring
• Report preparation
• Modelling and GIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Geological or Civil Engineering
• Registered or eligible for registration as an Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) with PEO
• Valid Ontario Driver's license
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for field assignments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical competence

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000 CAD

Additional compensation includes profit sharing, a bonus structure, and other uplifts.
