Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Review RFQs, RFPs, tender documents and specifications from clients and government agencies and analyze project requirements and scope of work in coordination with the design and execution teams. 
Develop complete process design for any type of water and wastewater treatment system with any type of water source. 
Develop comprehensive technical proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects (RO, UF, MBR, STP, WTP, ETP, etc.). 
Prepare BOQs, equipment selections and system design outlines based on client requirements. 
Ensure compliance with tender specifications and local regulations. 
Perform accurate quantity take‑offs, material, equipment and labor cost estimation. 
Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. 
Prepare complete cost sheets and pricing for final bid approval.
