Junior enviromental site officer

Introduction

CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY (CHEC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Environmental Site Officer to support environmental compliance and implementation on the Zulti South Project in Richards Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental Authorisations (EA), Environmental Management Programmes (EMPr), Water Use Licence (WUL) conditions, project specifications, and applicable environmental legislation during construction activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct daily environmental inspections and monitoring on site. Ensure compliance with the approved EMPr, EA, WUL and project environmental requirements.
