About the Role
We're looking for a Junior ERP Consultant to support the sale, implementation, and customer success of ERP. You'll work with clients to understand their processes, help configure the system, support testing and training, and assist with go-live and post-go-live support.
What You'll Do
Support ERP implementations: requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Assist with system configuration under guidance (e.g., finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, operations)
Help with data migration: templates, data cleanup, validation, and reconciliations
Support testing: unit testing, UAT coordination, issue logging, retesting
Create user guides/SOPs and help deliver end-user training
Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, ...
