Junior ERP Support Engineer | Training & Process Upgrades

Provide first level support to service request and issues related to ERP/MRP system/software.

Write and execute test cases, log test result and defects.

Conduct knowledge transfer/training

Research enhancements to ERP process architecture.

Responsible for architecture design and development plans.

Coordinate with customers System Study and training at customer site.

Coordinate and implement improvement for the ERP System.
