The Junior Estimator supports the Chief Administrative Officer in the calculation of material quantity requirements, gathering and preparing routine estimating data and compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates. The Junior Estimator/Buyout Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining budget control, schedule integrity, subcontractor accountability, and documentation accuracy throughout the construction lifecycle.
