Job title: Junior Estimator (Part-Time)

Shift Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week). Flexible, but requiring overlap for takeoff reviews.

Expected Monthly Salary in PHP: ₱40,000-50,000 per month

Role Overview The Junior Estimator serves as the engine for the pre-construction phase. By handling digital takeoffs and initial quantity assessments, you enable the Lead Estimator to focus on strategic bidding and client management, ultimately increasing the volume of projects the company can accurately bid on.

Primary Tasks

• Perform detailed digital takeoffs for commercial construction projects.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to identify material requirements.
• Input data into Sage 100 Contractor for project planning.
• Assist in obtaining quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers where required.
• Organize bid documents and maintain project folders.
